In athletics everything counts: every centimeter, every second, and every hesitation.

Athletes MUST be in prime mental and physical condition. An inch off their stride, a second off their reaction, or a moment of thought is enough to land someone out of competition.

Your yoga program will be based on your body, past injuries, miss-alignments, your strength and conditioning program, your sports psychologist, coach, time of year in relation to your season, and athletic role.

We pride ourselves on our hybrid knowledge gained by working with physical therapists, sports physiologists, sports biomechanists, and training directors of some of the head training centers in the country.
